In 2005, the United States government passed the Energy Policy Act of 2005. This act changes the start and end dates for Daylight Saving Time (DST) as of spring 2007. These changes may impact other application and server software to run. However, the impact on WebMux operation is minimal.
WebMux internal operation uses GMT time, so that it is not affected by the daylight saving time. The HTTP protocol itself requests using GMT time. So there is no impact on WebMux for the Daylight Saving start and end dates change.
